[Freshman] Moving In Tomorrow

I am a freshman moving into the Hamline apartments (overflow housing). I read a bunch on that other freshman post but I wanna get more of an Idea of like what I should do/avoid.

Also how strict is the no alcohol/no tobacco policy?
