Why do people try to justify suffering?
There's this tendency among a lot of people. Saying that "It's all a part of life. You need a balance of good and bad. It's the cycle of life. It's not bad. It's just is. You just have to adapt and take it." This is such an awfully disgusting view of the very real suffering that other creatures have to endure for billions of years that apparently has no end.
What an oppressive reality we live in. All of life is built upon exploiting and taking advantage of others. The human race is not an expectation. We exploit our own members as well. We make them our slaves, wage wars, rape and torture them. Though this is more than just a human phenomenon. It happens in nature every single day.
The human mind and its grotesque imagination terrify me. What heinous, sadistic, and devious torture it can bring to life. We are like smart and self-aware beasts. What we do to other species is one of the greatest horrors. Everything we've done in the past has left a mountain of corpses behind us. We always ignore everyone else's life in the process. Mankind thinks that everything is for him and that he is the centre of the universe.
All the suffering, the pain, and the killing don't seem to be a problem for society simply because it happens in nature. Aren't rape and violence equally bad and horrific in nature as well? Suffering is suffering. It's violence and it has to end. It doesn't change just because it happens in the wild.
Nature as a system shouldn't be maintained at all. It should be fought against. No one ever really proved why life should exist in the first place. Especially if it comes with horrible atrocities and brutal torture of other beings. Life itself is a terrible mistake. It's the abomination of the universe.
