Best Neighborhood in Baltimore: Fight!

I’m going to be moving to Baltimore soon on a 47k salary and was wondering which neighborhoods get slept on. Affordability, safety, and proximity to Parks (I’m a runner) or Public Transit is a big bonus. I’ll be commuting to DC once a week. Looking forward to moving to Charm City!!
