What are people mistakenly entitled to?

Being heard. There are very narrow circumstances where you're entitled to have someone listen to what you have to say.

Freedom of speech means you can say damn near whatever you want. The public at large doesn't owe you an audience.

Not being offended by other peoples opinions. Yes I do understand that language matters and there are things that people can not say to each other. But just because you don’t like someone else’s opinion, doesn’t mean that the other person is a bad person or even necessarily wrong. I feel that we have lost the art of respectful debate. We should be able to disagree with each other and discuss why without attacking each other.

You are not entitled to live off the back of the rest of society and pretend that you did it all yourself.

Access to another person's personal information.

I'm old enough to remember a time when it was considered rude to ever ask somebody how much money they make. How much some thing they have cost. Ask them about family matters. Etc.

Yet somehow, people now think it's perfectly fine to ask these sorts of questions. And not even really ask, but get pissed if you deny them. A simple, "That's none of your business" often gets them all butthurt as if YOU committed the infraction.

I'm not even stepping into the ridiculousness that was the jab, who has it, and why another person's medical private information ought to be anybody else's business. The same people that tell you it's not your place to question certain procedures on taxpayer dimes, are the same ones telling you that it's society's right to know your personal medical jab history. Insanity.

Some space in my mind.

I don’t really care what your personal politics or theories are, unless you’ve been proven to be an insightful person they’re nothing to me.

Access to professional services. Masks with covid was a great example of this. If a private establishment requires a mask and refuses service if you don't, that is their call. Similarly, if I don't want to fix your sink because you were rude to an employee, that is my call.

You are free to spend your money how you choose, but a business is not required to provide their service simply because you want it.

There are exceptions to this of course, but I'm more speaking towards the 'karen' customer mentality that I see all too frequently. No Karen, just because you spent or want to spend your money doesn't mean I have to take it.

Being offended / heard were already taken.

That’s how it was done for decades, it’s not that odd for many many people.
