Blackwidow v3 Pro - Issue Extra keystrokes

Solved

I've had this keyboard about a year, when it works it's great, I use it for development and personal usages.
An issue I've noticed in the last couple of months is I will get extra keystrokes or sometimes just totally missing inputs.
It's making it extremely difficult to use for work/development as I have to constantly check spellings, or if there's a massive error in my work product, or even worse a sensitive Password.

Is this a known issue? Is there any solution or hope of one?

Thanks

Hey, I know there's been no replies , but I was looking up posts about this keyboard as I was thinking about getting it and came across yours. Are the issues still persisting?

So I bought the keyboard for a specific purpose of being able to switch between home desktop and my work laptop and serve as keyboards to my RaspberryPi and Tablet. When it worked it was great, I really liked the feel the keys aren't too loud (yellow version). When I made the post, I think I had a very bad unit. It eventually had to be warrantied, I got a new one and the immediate difference in build quality was astounding, I think the factory must've sent me one of its bootleg versions, Damn thing didn't even have a Serial Number on it. The new one seems to be doing very well and doing what I need.

I would caution you to see if this is really what you want/need.
For example I'm not sure how well the volume wheel will work long term.

Personally I'm a little bit salty on Razer products at the moment.
And I would recommend finding any other keyboard that would do what you want, and then if you can't come back to this one.

When it works it's great, but the headaches I've had in making it work, are very disappointing; Both the monetary and non-monetary cost were very high.

Thanks very much for the detailed reply, very helpful and appreciated . I think I'm going to stay away for now and keep looking. It's pretty difficult to find exactly what I want as there's usually something I don't like about the alternatives in the same price range.

What's the key functionality that you're looking for?
For me, having wired option, 2.4 wireless, and 3 bluetooth connections were major selling points.
Side benefits were the media keys and volume wheel.
"Bonuses" were the integration with Synapse that could let me reprogram the keys.

First step I'd recommend is listing what you need then working for what you want.
I'd be happy to soundboard ideas if you find something you like.
If I had to have a do over, I'd look at logitech.
Big reason I did not is because I use the Tartarus for work, and I thought it would have better possible integration.
I have/had a couple Razer Mice but I don't use them.

My good friend bought me the G703 and it just works, never had issues with it going on 2 years at this point.
(Lighting is a little bit annoying, I want more battery life in my mice more than having it light up. [if it was a wireless mouse on a charging mat that could also factor into your choice.])

Edit: Cursed myself, the scroll wheel broke so I can't scroll down.
So the G703 last just under 2 years.
