Serious itching in my palms and III and IV fingers that is relief with stretching

35 male, non-smoker, do not drink alcohol, no other illnesses. During one month, red itchy tiny balls under the skin of my palms and fingers appeared. I only feel relief when I stretch my fingers or flex very tightly my fingers. Redness doesn't disappear with pressure and the skin is getting thicker at those areas. Any idea? Thanks
