Neck pain

I’m now 7 days post RAI treatment, and obviously feel fine but I’m having some neck pain… those of you who’ve had this treatment, did you experience anything similar? I tend to go worse case scenario quickly in my head so before I call my doc in the morning, I’m just curious. Any advice/input would be great!
