Is season 8 worth watching?

I’ve watched all other seasons multiple times, i consider myself a die hard dance moms fan but never watched the last season because

a) it had no one i knew b) I was old enough to truly realize how f’ed up the show was c) I heard most if not all drama is fake

regardless of all of this, should i give it a shot? does it have enough entertainment value to look past these things
