[M4F] Helpless sister turns to her big brother for help

Today I'm looking to play as your older (or younger) brother. Below is the scenario. I'm very much interested in both of the ways this roleplay can go, please tell me what you'd enjoy the most. I'm even open to adding, removing, or changing some things.

Scenario: Past few weeks had been devastating for you. First, you got expelled by your university for something you didn't do. Then, you got kicked out of the house by our parents because they fully believed the lies your university told them. This also led to you losing your part time job that was on your university campus. Even your friends turned their back on you when you asked for a place to live. So, as the last resort, you reach out to your older brother, hoping he would let you stay. Growing up, you two always had a bit of a love-hate relationship but nothing on the extreme ends of either sides. He now lived on his own. Thankfully, he agrees to let you stay with him. But how would things go on from here? Would the series of unfortunate events stop here or escalate further? Would he be a loving older brother, or someone who decides to be careless with you? Would the two of you get closer and intimate and do things you should not be doing, or would he take advantage of your helplessness and do things he should not do to his little sister? Would you convince him to forgive your rent with your charm, or would he forcefully take the rent from you in some form of payment other than money?
