Vista only shows polar camera, not nebula nano pro

I have a vista AU that won’t show any images and a black screen from any nebula pro nano connected, I tried 3 different ones including a brand new one, BUT works fine with a regular polar camera connected. Is this a vista issue or has anyone experienced this?
