How do I just use the main menu from ToonHUD

I use Binds but they turn off when I reopen TF2, So I would like if I could use ToonHUDs bookmark commands thing, but I don't like ToonHUD in every other way. So I want to be able to use the main menu of ToonHUD without the rest of it.
