Vein in front of ear pulsating?

Does anyone else experience a vein in front of their ear twitching/pulsating usually after eating because of TMJ?

I also have mild kyphosis/scoliosis so it could be a vein putting pressure on the facial nerve perhaps

I'm waiting for a doctor appointment in the next few weeks I was just curious if anyone else experiences this due to TMJ
