Plastic Or Glass in Frozen Meal

Any idea how I talk to someone higher than the store level? I bought a GV frozen meal and there was some sort of plastic or glass in my food and cut my tongue and top of mouth. I’m honestly surprised, no I’m not trying to scam, i can’t believe that actually happened.
