EKS vs ROSA

we have apps running in open shift on premises and have procured Red Hat openshift service on AWS as a migration strategy to cloud.

Hence considering the pricing aspect out of the picture, i would like to understand what benefits EKS will have over ROSA and in which situations would EKS be preferred over ROSA. Any specific examples or use cases would be helpful.
