NEED A REPAIR PERSON

Hey guys, my landlord is kind of shitty and they won’t fix our broken fridge. I’m looking into tenants rights but right now I need to call someone in the meantime to come fix it while we try to get them to pay for it. If any of you guys know a good company that can fix it I would greatly appreciate it.

Also if you know anyone that can fix a dishwasher and a bathroom sink (no water pressure) or have any insight to tenants rights that would be great.

Thanks for your help everyone
