Cannot connect to 2.4GHz and 5GHz after installing a certain Operating System!

To start this off, I am a total beginner that only know basic commands...

Two days ago, I installed a super debloated windows 10 called Ghost Spectre Windows 10 Superlite. After installing and trying it out and then I reverted back to Linux.

After reverting back, i connected to my normal WIFI (a Dlink router) which worked normally, but when I tried to connecting my cousin's 2.4 and 5 GHz internet, the problem arises.

After typing the password correctly (I double checked, and i made him change the password to see if it worked but it didn't), instead of connecting to the wifi, the Enter your password prompt comes back up with the correct password pretyped.

I am lost, I changed to Ubuntu and it didn't work and now I am in Pop OS, it still is not working. I don't know what to do.
