Exhausted after adding Prozac?

I’ve been on 300mg bupropion XL for 5+ years and it has generally been great for my depression but after having covid a couple months ago, I started to experience the return of some symptoms - lack of motivation, mild anhedonia, brain fog, etc. that are starting to effect my work. I went to the psychiatrist and he added 10mg of fluoxetine because it’s supposed to be a bit more “activating” than other SSRIs, similar to bupropion. But I am EXHAUSTED. The last few days I have barely been able to get anything done and feel like I could take multiple naps throughout the day. Has anyone else had this experience? There is a lot out there about people experiences adding bupropion to fluoxetine but not the other way around…
