My experience

This is the third time I attempt to complete nnn. I've managed to win the other two times and I've also been three months without jerking off 3 years ago. I can edge and watch porn during no nut and I sometimes do it just to test my willingness. This year I convinced my friends to do nnn and I'm constantly supporting them. I know a lot of you people struggle these days but with practice you will surely get better. Maybe you will fail this year but you can still try to be 30 days without nutting in a different month of the year.
