Villain Edits

Are there any teams who you believe the editing outright portrayed as villains either in terms of bad behavior or being huge threats who everyone else obsessed over?

Season 1 - Joe and Bill

Season 2 - Maybe Blake and Paige? Several other teams considered them to be untrustworthy.

Season 3 - Maybe Derek and Drew? Several teams outright considered them to be a big threat and formed a Twin Hunt to try to get them out. (Somehow? The Yield didn't exist yet.)

Season 4 - Kelly and Jon (Casual homophobia)

Season 5 - Colin and Christie - Huge threats who dominated most of the race.

Season 6 - Jonathan and Victoria - Undoubtedly, the most chaotic couple in the series.

Season 7 - Rob and Amber. The most blatant one ever. The only way the villainous portrayal would have been more obvious is if Rob twittled an evil mustache.

Season 8 - Weaver Family

Season 9 - Eric and Jeremy

Season 10 - Dustin and Kandice (Social outcasts on a season that was dominated by alliances in the 2nd half. Ironically became immediate fan favorites despite the attempt to portray them as villains.)

Season 12 - Nathan and Jennifer - Bickering couple who occasionally talked down about other teams.

Season 13 - >!Nick and Starr!< definitely would have been villain-edited if they didn't win.

Season 15 - Sam and Dan

Season 16 - Michael and Louie - Arrogantly talked down the other teams, used the most infamous U-turn in the whole series, and did it all with a high and mighty attitude.

Season 17 - Nick and Vicki - The only unlikable team on a stellar cast.

Season 20 - ART and JJ

Season 21 - Maybe Natalie and Nadiya?

Season 22 - Max and Katie

Season 23 - Tim and Marie - Outright said they didn't like the villainous portrayal and rejected an offer to compete again.

Season 24 - Brendon and Rachel

Season 25 - Jim and Misti - Very competitive and efficient team who were occasionally arrogant. In all seriousness, we miss you, Jim. :(

Season 27 - Justin and Diana - Very competitive team that everyone else obsessed over defeating.
