is it enough for arms growth?
If i do around 40 sets weekly which include biceps and triceps work(not directly, tho) 40 which engage triceps, and 40 which engages biceps, is it enough for stimulus or i need to add some curls/skullcrushers I do ppl twice a week and also i do wide grip upright rows and btn wide grip press for delts , 3 sets each at the end of every workout. So basically 40 biceps and 40 triceps engaging sets. Is it enough for arms growth? All this sets are from exercises like pull ups, presses, etc
