Veedramon line x Exveemon line.
Analyzing all the attributes like: Strength, speed etc... Who would win?
PS: PM doesn't count.

I mean, Veedramon has so much more going one. Exveemon line ends with it as the rest are jogresses.

No, actually by Digimon lore Jogress ARE considered part of a Digimon’s evolution line (in fact there has been cases in the lore where Digimon evolved into them on their own without another Digimon), so XV-Veemon’s Perfect/Ultimate and Ultimate/Mega ARE both Paildramon and Imperialdramon (either mode) respectively.

Unless it's specific versions, Veedramon is strong enough to defeat even ultimates as said in reference book and shown in VTamers while ExVeemon is usually presented as a normal champion. So Veedramon.

Well, XV-mon is a pure breed V-Dramon, but the latter has shown superior power, although lacking the ability to fly.
AeroV-Dramon has been able to defeat even Ultimate level Digimon (even an Omegamon), which puts it above Paildramon.
Then Ulforce and Imperialdramon, we have that Ulforce was one of the two strongest Dragons some time ago (alongside Chaosdramon), putting him above Imperialdramon DM, and with it's speed and regen I'm sure that it is superior than FM as well (PM is a different debate, but Future Mode or Ulforce X beat it).
