TDIU Permanent and Total approved today..brief description and question if any input is available.
First, Thank you Lord for walking with me through all my ups and downs in life. I have a bunch of mixed emotions right now. I can give my son the life I prayed for, the one that my mental capacity wouldn't let me figure out on my own. A simple and respectful life that is centered around improving the lives of people who stuck by me during the worst of my days. Thank you to this sub on Reddit and the admin. This group of conversations and observations helped ease my angst of playing the waiting game.
Timeline : -ITF for PTSD increase December 2020 -December 2021 awarded increase from 50 to 70% -May 2022 submitted Supplemental Appeal challenging 70% to try and get 100%. (New statement from boss about being fired during month of May and a liability at work due to outburst) -August 2 QTC completed C&P exam for increase. -August 25 I was invited to apply for TDIU. -August 27 all paperwork for TDIU complete. -September 27 VA request 21-4192 from 5 previous employers. -October 7 IMO conducted by QTC. -October 27 4 of 5 employers return form. -November 2 assigned a rater. -November 3 letter generator updated showing P&T TDIU at 70% -Effective date is September 07 2022-
My questions are ..
-Because I'm 70% PT, when or how would they reevaluate my claim?
-My last date of work was in May. Does it sound like I should I appeal the back pay date? (Im worried it would screw up something)
-i am completely fine with the situation as is and don't want to poke any bears, just asking for input.
My life is forever changed. I'm so grateful to have this opportunity...

P and T means they wont unless you file more claims.
