The Vegas lot has nothing to do with F1. The lot has always been rented from the owners for us to build on. The lot was sold to a new owner that intends to build condos or apartments or something like that on the lot. Whether that has happened or not I do not know. But I do know that we do have a different lot to go to if needed.

It's good to know that F1 won't occupy ANW's lot in Vegas. Joe seems to know what he's talking about as well so I'm pretty optimistic about a new season.

About lowering the age limit, I don't think it's necessary. 15 seems to be a pretty good limit to keep the ANW Junior competition going. Plus, I'd argue that the pressures of the competition on the adult stage can't be good for someone 14 or younger. That's just my 2 cents though.

Moravsky's sources said they're updating the casting site in the next few weeks.

Standard doom and gloom ratings mention, which is absolutely worth wondering even if I feel for many shows, a lot of "this is bad, cancel it" is probably seen internal as "good enough in modern times."

Also apparently there were concerns of the new F1 course taking over their usual site. The route doesn't go over that lot, but that said, why would a temporary course in November need to start building in May?

And speculation if age and or vaccine requirements would change.

Can anyone just give a summary? And is this official or rumors?
