Question - If i request upgrade after checking in on app, should i still show up on list?

For some reason my flight tomorrow didn't have the box checked for "request upgrade". I noticed after i checked in so i messaged delta and an agent added me. but even 9 hours later i still don't show up on the list. (but it says on my flight details now that "upgrade requested").

I am actually on the list? (even through my name isn't) or do i need to do something like ask them to check me out and back in?
