Am I going to regret the iPhone 14 Pro instead of max?
So recently my iPhone 11 Pro Max alpine green decided to go kaput (owned it since it first came out)
Didn’t want to upgrade as I loved the phone and was hoping to last until iPhones get a new charging port - but it kept cycling on and off and when I tried to restore it I got “unknown error” and couldn’t fix it myself.
It was outside of the warranty period (and I stopped paying for Verizon’s) so I figured best solution was to take Verizon’s insane trade in deal and get a new one. (Almost full trade in value despite not turning on).
Main problem - they only had the regular size pros in stock. Since I kind of needed one “yesterday” I just went with it.
I’m tempted to take a hit on the restocking fee and exchange it for the max now that I’m in no rush - but I’m also thinking of maybe just keeping it.
I like how it’s easier to take photos on the smaller device.
I also like how it feels more comfortable in my pocket / easier to navigate maps when driving.
I just worry about long term battery life (the main reason I usually go with MAX since I’m on my phone pretty much constantly).
Will I regret the smaller device if I just stick with it?
