There is no way to tell without seeing a video of the diamond. You can't judge an inclusion from the plot - some twinning wisps are white, some are black. If there's a cloud on the inclusion plot, there's often "addition clouds not shown" in the comments.
There are some inclusions that are definitely preferred over others. Of those two, based off the plot alone I'd go with B as twinning wisps are generally hard to spot unless you're looking under 10x+ magnification.
The only good thing about the inclusions in A is that the natural and intended natural are great ways to 1. make sure you get the same diamond back if you take it somewhere for work and 2. can be used to identify a natural diamond vs a lab grown diamond.
OP, this is a good example of how two experts can disagree and neither one is wrong.
I'd prefer the stone with the natural, because in my experience twinning wisps sometimes (although definitely not always!) cause reduced sparkle and transparency. And naturals that size are really neglible.
But that does not mean lucerndia is wrong! We just prioritize different aspects of a stone differently.
