How are the controllers for Nier on Switch for y'all?

They are laggy...

When I use my dualsense with the "brickdrive" (8bitdo adapter)

the same bricky with an xbox controller seems slightly better, if not the same experience :/ .

The game does play better with the joycons, docked or TV.

But only nier feels laggy, I tested some other games with that controller setup and they fare better.

But how's the experience for y'all, docked or TV? have you tested with the pro controller? another controller?

I play docked with Pro Controller. It is great

Played docked with a wired controller from PowerA. Had absolutely zero issues

I just picked up the switch version and it seems unplayable with the pro controller, I tried restarting and disconnecting the controller. Playing in handheld and those controls work fine. Did you ever find any fixes?

I think it's a case of "slow" (sub-60FPS) games compounding the lag of the controller with the game's own running speed, so there wouldn't be much to do, as I didn't find any fix for it. I'm yet to try a different controller (xbox) to see whether it's the connection or the controller, although both work fine on my PC.

Is your controller wireless or wired? Though if it works for other games it should be fine...
