Concerned for a coworker TW: SH

I never thought this would be something my coworkers and I would have to be concerned about. One of the “baby therapists” I work with has apparently been self-harming. Several of us are very concerned for him and don’t really know what to do. I think a couple interns went to school with him and know about his SH history. He allegedly admitted to relapsing recently after one of them asked about his apparent fresh SH scars. The intern who confronted him about it also reported it to her direct supervisor. We don’t know what will happen next. Everyone in my office is extremely supportive and care about each other. This has made it pretty hard to process. Especially since it’s coming hot on the heels of another coworker’s sudden passing. I’ll definitely be asking my supervisor how things like this should be handled in our next meeting.
