Options on perhaps a unique case

Hello all, I’d like to throw out my story and see what everyone thinks

Back in may of this year I got charged with a DUI . I had went to go grab a bite to eat and while waiting for my food I had a couple drinks . Got my food and drove back to my house , parked in my driveway and turned off my car

I was texting a friend and I just kind of dozed off . I was awoken sometime later by a county shierff threating to break my window if I didn’t open the car door immediately and get out .

After some initial confusion and getting my bearings , I opened the door and got out . I was treated with 6 shierffs and an ambulance , apparently a “concerned neighbor “ called the shierffs to report a medical emergency for me . The shierffs interrogated me for about half an hour, I told them I had a couple drinks and came home and dozed off. They asked if I would like a breathalyzer and I said no, they did flash me in the face with a flashlight but no FSTs. I was then told I was under arrest for a warrant and asked again to take a breathalyzer and I said “why I wasn’t driving “ and that got me a dui charge . Taken to the station, booked and thrown in a holding cell . Let out the next morning . I was not asked or a warrant placed at the station for a chemical test

according to house cameras and when the call came in to the sheriffs I was in my driveway asleep for about 20 minutes till they woke me up .

i lawyered up and all that , last pre trial hearing the DA asked for an extension

anyway , I guess my question is does this sound like a dui that will go anywhere ? Next hearing is on the 14th and I’m just a bit anxious . Dmv hearing on dec 12

to add some context, the warrant was for a failure to appear on an 18 year old ticket for Poseidon of illegal fireworks I wasn’t aware I even had . I work for the government and have to go thru background checks and it never came up
