Level 41.9 - What can I eat to help prevent my levels being this high. I am currently taking my Levothyroxine meds for 112. My doctors told me she’s surprised I’m not in a coma and it really made me feel sad. I have a appointment for an endocrinologist and my blood work. I’m just sad.
