When your favorite infertile follow on Tiktok finally has success, and you’re SO happy but also realize you’ll have to stop following them

I’m happy for her. But I’m already getting annoyed with doing old wives tales tests to determine gender. I know you need to create new content but that stuff starts to annoy me. Next will be a gender reveal and I’ll be done.
I feel we might be referring to different people 😅 mine was Samantha_Linder, I unfollowed her a while ago but she just popped up on my feed again 🥹 so glad she’s made it this far.
Oh ok! I was referring to infertilityjourney!
That’s who I was thinking! She hasn’t posted in a few days so I’m a little worried for her but the old wives tale shit is annoying
She’s okay! Fam was visiting and she’s processing her loss from last year
Yeah I wish she/others would recognize the power of the content/community they created and maintain their accounts as that (Hilariously Infertile on Instagram does this even though she is on the other side now) and create a separate account for those who want to follow the rest of the journey.

So true. I’ll search “IVF” on TikTok but a lot of them are pregnant by the time I find them.
TikTok doesn’t even show my IVF or infertility-related content, even though I’ve sought it out. I get pregnancy/newborn tips & tricks, or aggressively childfree “you’re a monster for procreating” videos. There’s a whole middle ground the algorithm just can’t find for me.
Yes! The algorithm sucks--just because I liked an IVF post doesn't mean I want to see babies, thx
Tiptop: don’t look at user names.
I feel ya. One of the infertility YouTubers I follow has a transfer coming up. I’ve been following her story for a while and while I want her transfer to be successful, I also know that I won’t be able to watch her anymore :(
Happy for you 🥹 happy to know it’s possible but … I’m in no condition to watch happy pregnant people
