Hey man, I think I found the solution. I updated bios, set it back to default settings and I left xmp disabled and that fixed the problem so in the next few days ima get new ram and test with xmp.

I'm having the exact same problem ever since pre patch, I've tried everything, updating my computer, reinstalling Bnet and WoW and it still happening, it's even started with Diablo 3 which never had this

Pretty much all components are new in my computer are new. Gpu is the newest. I play the game quite often the game freezes then unfreezes then crashes with the error message being "world of warcraft was unable to start 3d acceleration". I tried turning off all overlays Nvidia and discord included. I've tried disabling full-screen optimization and turning on run as administrator. I'm almost 100 percent sure I have the latest Nvidia drivers and the latest DirectX. Not sure what to do at this point.
