Homeless in 27 days

I’m a disabled single mom to 2 kids who are also disabled. Kids school online as it’s only way for them to get services. We are on welfare in BC Canada Our rental is being torn down and I have been searching for housing for 4 months. I get monthly treatment at Richmond hospital and my kids are seen by clinics at the children’s hospital so I can’t go too much further out. I’m on the wait list for BC housing, been on it 7+ years, but no luck. Is there anything that I should do that I’m not? I can’t even find a motel at this point for the same as my current rental.

edit Late last night I got an email that I’m up for a interview for a subsidized 3br unit in YWCA Single Mother housing. I’m hoping we get approved. Please cross fingers, pray, think good thoughts!
