This is going to be a very difficult vehicle to purchase.  You honestly have better odds playing the lottery.  Now, in a year, it won't be difficult to purchase, but for the next 8 months, good luck have fun.

The dealers near me are doing a "first come first serve"   I think dealerships allotment is MAYBE 1 per? Depending on region (someone correct me if I'm wrong)    they haven't made many of these. Wouldn't expect being able to find many on the used market for a while.. and if you do, I don't think they'll be cheap.  I could be wrong though.

Have a deposit down for a 20th golf R, but I'm getting second thoughts and it's fully refundable. Am I too late to jump on one of these? What's the best way to go about it? Are there going to be any dealers selling for msrp? 

Super new to buying new cars. Have ever only looked at used ones. 

Do you see these selling used for under msrp in a few years?
