Getting everything ready the night before creates a way less stressful morning. When our twins went to daycare in was easiest to make bottles, pick out clothes, and pack diaper bag the night before and set it all out for the parent that's getting kiddos ready in the morning. I had to work 8-430 and husband worked 1230 to 9 so he did drop offs and I did pick ups so I generally did all the prep to get the baby stuff ready to go and he would be getting them ready by himself and getting them to daycare the next morning at whichever time he preferred.

I get up first around 6:30-40 and go shower and get ready. Wife gets up around 7 and gets the kid ready and then gets herself ready as soon as I'm done in the bathroom. I then leave around 7:20-30 and drop the kid off at daycare and head to work. Wife usually does pickup after work. Sometimes I end up doing both drop off and pick up. My wife rarely does drop off unless I have the day off or I need to be at work early.
