Parking permit

Hello fellow Iowa City residents,

I am contacting the masses for help in finding out how to get a parking permit at a lot, ramp, or something else for the winter. Right now I bike to class but I don’t think I will be able to this winter. Any help would be nice. Even telling me it’s a lost cause would be helpful.
