Two offers , better comp or culture?

Hi yall,

I am in a dilemma now where i received two offers . One from my internship company, large MNC in technology sector, which had great culture, good work life balance and a supportive team ,

I also received another offer from a large MNC in the engineering sector that has mixed reviews on glassdoors, but the hiring manager seems to be supportive and they offered a better TC at around 15% higher, with some hints of growth prospect but suggests less work life balance and posssibly crunch. Culture in the actual team itself. I do not know

I used to think i would go for culture first and foremost but this 15% additional comp can help me to pay off my loans quicker , what are your thoughts and advice?
