LaCroix is to Soda what _____ is to Candy?

I discovered La Croix 3 weeks ago. Have not drank it for years, thinking it was a pretentious gimmick. Have been proven SO wrong. For me, it is a direct replacement for soda. I could be tricked this WAS soda.

Question is, what is the candy equivalent? I’d love to stop craving M&Ms, Reese’s, gummy products etc.

If anyone knows and stuff to try lemme know! I feel like this LaCroix revelation is a damn life hack.

Thanks!

Idk, but if you drink enough alcohol over time you stop craving sugar all together. Your body will get used to gathering sugars from the alcohol and cravings for any soda, candy bars, ice cream, really anything sweet will cease to exist.

Although, I do not recommend this route.

Fruit smoothies. They still have a good amount of sugar, but if you use yogurt and protein it’s far more satiating than a candy bar and has the same amount of calories plus your vitamins and minerals.

I like La Croix for the most part, but my favorite description of it was “it’s like drinking a regular seltzer while some stands beside you and shouts the name of a fruit directly into your ear.”

Unsweetened dried fruit. Sometimes it's tough to find dried fruit without added sugar, but things like pineapple don't need any extra an would be a good substitute for candy
