Teachers… transferring divisions???

Asking for my husband and curious for myself. My husband is a teacher who is interested in transferring from the catholic division to the public system. He has approximately 10 years of experience and a Masters degree.

Do teacher’s regularly make this move between the two divisions and how difficult is it? If so are there external posts that go out for openings?

Thanks you!
