Genuine questions about job interview
So I’m supposed to have a phone interview for a job I applied for at the autism society in my state. Today is the second time the interviewer has not called me at our scheduled interview time. The first time she emailed me a couple hours later and said she had a family emergency, apologized, and rescheduled for today. This time I have not received an email at all. Does this mean I am just not going to get to interview for the job? I have been thinking about sending an email to the contact email for the autism society letting them know about my experiences trying to interview with them as an autistic person, because this has been genuinely distressing for me. I prepared for each of the interview times that were scheduled, only to never receive a call. Would it be bad to send an email to their general email? I just honestly want them to be aware that their current hiring process is not autistic friendly, because I don’t want this happening to anyone else who tries to apply.
