On a weekly budget sheet, is there a way to have unpaid items automatically placed in next week and add to any amounts that may already be there?

My family shares a weekly budget template where anyone can add in things to request money for. My husband colors in a cell if he's paid something but sometimes things have to carry over to another week.

I was wondering if there was a way to have unpaid items automatically moved to a following week but then if there was already something there, add to it?
