2016 CX-5 GT Headlight

Managed to hit a deer and cracked the housing on the driver side. Everything else is in order and working. This is the Adaptive LED version.

The part itself has model number KA0G-51-040H on the sticker however I'm not finding that anywhere online exactly.

I'm seeing KA0G-51-040C/KA0G-51-040-C online that seems to fit but saw some discussion on the LED patterns being different on the C revision. Any thoughts?

I also see KA0G-51-041J listed as a replacement part but not sure what the difference between 040 and 041 is.
