Any Interesting Roleplay Nations?

Ive been trying out a new method of eu4 where I play according to each ruler. For example, if I have a 3/2/5 king Im fairly aggressive and diplomacy is never my first choice. I allow rebels since my adm is pretty mid amd most of the reign is focused on conquest. If I have a 6/2/1 ruler I reject allied calls to war for the good of the realm, focus on development and stability.

Are there any good nations to try this as? Did it for a couple hundred years as Britain but eventually all my monarchs became aggressive because theres not much to do as Britain adm/dip wise so I invaded France and went from there. Wanna try something a bit more flexible this time (e.g a HRE player has the imperial mechanics for a dip ruler, having a rich trade node and such makes dev feel more important, being continental allows for expansion and being in between regions like the Ottomans allows for more options.
