You can ask, but the answer will almost certainly be no. If there's a bad route, somebody has to take it. If your number comes up, it might be you.

I wonder the same thing. Last week I got a route in a notoriously dangerous city where two of my family members were shot (one killed) and I was shook. I recognized the street names when I was scanning and loading the packages and was very unsettled at the thought of having to deliver to those address in the dark (not that delivering in the day would have been preferred either). Long story short, the entire route was nerve wrecking and I no longer feel as safe delivering for Amazon Flex. If there is a way to request a different route, I’d like to know too.

I overheard a guy in the lane next to me ask a worker last week & they declined, stated they’re all random. But it never hurts to ask, might get a different result with a different worker.

I’m up here in Springfield no and I asked about getting a specific town bc I was sent to a location over an hour away and I had to get my kids from school. I learned my lesson, but they said no it’s totally random. I wish it weren’t.

I live in NorthWest Arkansas and we’re expected to get pretty heavy rain fall tomorrow and I don’t want to be on one of the many dirt/gravel backroads we have. Is there anyway we can ask to get one that’s more residential so I don’t get stuck somewhere?
