It’s a great product, but it’s not going to build and manage itself.

Once you settle your brain into how things connect, it's a great platform. It's been a while since I used it daily, but I really enjoyed it.

Can confirm this is what we do, and have pro marketing.

Unless you know already that you need Pro features, I always advise starting small (Starter) and working up.  There are SO MANY features in each Hub that it usually takes a while for a company to fully adopt all of them (at least the ones that work for them) and start bumping into the limits of a given tier.

Remember Marketing is priced on tier AND the number of Marketing contacts too so you really have to clean up your CRM and make sure you've got people flagged appropriately (Marketing Contact or no) or you might have some pretty bad sticker shock once you really get your engine running.  I think it's $45/mo/1000 contacts if I'm not mistaken.

What level are you talking about? Pro I guess? Right now you can get the starter bundle for like 30 or 40 bucks a month that has Starter versions of all the hubs.

Makes sense.  The first few slides/videos in the HubSpot Academy are all about the benefits of automated tracking (and reporting) of marketing/sales behavior and having all your information in one place.

We’re new to pro (this year). I went from using mailchimp, hootsuite, wufoo, Google sheets and a few other platforms to only HubSpot for marketing. So happy with the switch.

I work at a consultancy that is a HubSpot and SalesForce partner. In fact, I’m the main HubSpot account manager (other focus more on SalesForce). I was in-house prior to this position, so I’ve used HubSpot for different business models and in different environments.

I LOVE marketing hub. Easy to set up and powerful. It’s like the Cadillac of marketing softwares, but it doesn’t drive itself (just a little). Let me know if you have specific questions.

Having all in one is super helpful. You'll have all of your data from the service side to then roll into marketing initiatives. 

Pull all sorts of useful information to then make lists for marketing. Lots of x-sell/upsell opportunity potentially if that's a possibility in your business model. Curious to know why you wouldn't look at sales as well.

I work for a company that sells door hardware. We have service hub currently. We’re renewing soon and thinking about getting marketing hub since I finally talked company into more ads though email and using social media. What pros and cons have you seen?
