lox bagels and dan the baker is really great!

Dan the Baker (yes it's actually worth the crazy prices) and Sammy's are your answers

Sammy’s Bagels is wholesale/delivery only, but they will deliver to your home in the early AM if you order online the day before.

Definitely the best bagel I’ve had in Columbus (though it’s a low bar…).

For bread, check out Tyler's Pizzeria and Bakery on E. Main. Can't say enough good things about that place. Top quality ingredients, delicious fresh bread, friendly service, reasonable prices.

Best to patronize the original family location on McNaughten right now.

I would say Blocks for bagels. But that's undergoing some legal drama at the moment.
