Is rog z690e - Wi-Fi motherboard able to run 4 sticks of ddr5 or is it still only able to run 2 sticks without losing what is it XMP? I am new to ddr5 ram. Looking to up grade to new MB and CPU. Is it worth installing 4 sticks or just sticking with 2 sticks?
