this nearly made me piss myself laughing 😂

Now the Question:

How was Blitz coded if he is non-binary?

I find it interesting, therefore an interesting fact in my book.

Regardless of the negative feedback, thank you for taking the time to write this response. A well written contribution in my opinion.

Yes every single robot will feel represented and accepted smh. Not really representation unless he’s human or at the least biological. Also why does anyone care?

i’m pretty far left but it’s a robot, there’s no representation here

Yeah, as you can see in this thread, just mentioning this has really pissed off a lot of chuds. It's a nice little change because representation does matter!

Because it’s a very nuanced part of society. Human are unlike any other animals and mammals and our sexuality and gender is more 3d than binary or linear.

Im not an expert, I just have a class on human sexuality. I’ve read hundreds of paragraphs so far, and I’ve learned that pronouns helps individuals feel accepted in society.

People in the LGBTQ community have the highest rates of suicide and depression.

By having this pronoun changed on blitz-crank, it can help those in the LOL community feel more accepted, because there is a certain dignity and respect paid toward them.

(Edit) I've seem to upset some people, which breaks my heart because it's a sign of how much education is needed.

Yeah exactly! Thank god riot is finally fixing the game

Holy shit wow, league is finally saved!

This one goes out to all the people who are constantly saying Riot never does anything to fix the state of the game, where are you now?!

Love the change and cool to see some robot enby representation!

Well this is reddit afterall, trying to save you from downvotes. Got ur back

Kindred are "they" because they are two characters

He’s a robot emote:free\_emotes\_pack:neutral\_face

I am lucky that in my language they/them don't exist at all, lol

As long as nothing in his lore has anything to do with gender or being non-binary I don't see how this matters.
It's just a random fact like those in the loading screen about a champion's first name or Jax liking eggs.

[According to the wiki](https://leagueoflegends.fandom.com/wiki/Blitzcrank/Trivia), this happened in September with the release of Zenith Games Blitzcrank, although their lore had used gender neutral pronouns since 9.22.

They specifically went from an "it" to a "them" after gaining sentience, which I guess makes Blitzcrank the game's first non-binary character!

I just realized today that Blitzcrank's pronouns have changed from he/him to they/them!
