In ck3 there is a decision to take stewardship of holy rivers, i believe it was missed opportunity to reward it with a unique empire with is mix of Rajastan and Bengal Empire dejure, since historically all North Indian empires were indo gangetic plains based.

No, you're definitely right. I'm just complaining about Paradox removing all the India content from CK2.

I kinda felt that India is bland. Granted, each of the Dhramic religions do have at least one society and artifacts, but I feel like India is missing out on a whole lotta flavour. If anything it's more of an elaborate expansion path for Muslims and a tributary farm for China.

Maybe it's just me not knowing much about medieval Indian history, idk.

And yet, CK2 India has so much more content than CK3 India.

R5: Started in 1081 as the Pala dynasty. Now its the 1250s and I've been declared by the Brahmins as the Heir to Ashoka the Great. I was hoping to get Immortality on this guy as well but I failed the quest, oh well.

This is also my first India game. I fear that India in CK2 suffers a similar problem that the Nomads suffer from as well: once you play one of them, you've already played all of them.
