Candy Amount Prior and After Patch - Fix Please

I know there was a threat already created regarding this and they are working on fixing the correct amount of candy bags each individual will get, but my question is what happens to all people who recycled all their duplicates before patch and got only 1 bag of candy per recycle and now its 6. Can we get those reimbursed as well? If not that will also be a big issue as it is not a small amount of candy bags we are talking about. Make it right please. Fix this. Thanks
